("Continuum"); MOM AS Trader Group LLC; MOM BS Investor Group LLC; Mother CA Trader Team LLC; Mother AS Manager LLC; MOM BS Manager LLC; and Mother CA Supervisor LLC (collectively, "Petitioners") ask for an order situation to vacate teh Partial Discover Award in its website entirety as being the Arbitrator (one) unsuccessful to provide satisfactory disclosures; (2) exceeded the scope of his powers; (three) refused to permit discovery into your Honarkar Parties' economic data (despite Petitioners' claim of financial mismanagement); and (4) exercised juridiction in excess of Makhijani, that is not a celebration to any arbitration arrangement that may bring him below this Arbitrator's jurisdiction.
